Rule 157
Decision of the Committee
(1) Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, the decision of the majority of the members of the committee present at the meeting of the committee shall be considered as the decision of the committee, and if the votes are equal, the chairman shall cast the deciding vote. (2) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be certified by the chairman and secretary of the committee.
